Assessing the demand for essential resources is the key aspect of creating the Superhero Network. The idea was to build a system promptly to satisfy the primary requirements of the lower and the middle income groups; to assess the demand for bare essentials like food, medicine, and ambulance to transport the COVID-affected or other intensive patients.

Since targeting this group was the primary objective, we ingeniously built the system so that people even with a basic feature phone could make a call to the centralised call centre to place requests.

This is really important as a majority of the users will not have access to smartphones or internet facilities.

Place requests via Super App - Smart phone

Any emergency requests can be placed using the super app that will be available on smart phones. The Super App for consumers is an umbrella app with many use cases. It enables hyperlocal delivery (food/groceries), health-care (telemedicine and delivery), ride-booking, integrated payments and more. The app has the facility to place requests for essentials with the quantity and delivery address. This makes assessing demands seamless.
