Providing food and medicines to the poor

The Superhero Network helps to distribute medicines and ambulances to people who cannot afford them. It is in alignment with the Kerala CM's statement - 'No person shall sleep hungry'.

The Superhero Network was first deployed to cater to the emergency needs of the poor. During a lockdown, people from these segments of the society need the attention and help of the government.

Call centre model to mobilise volunteers from the network

  1. Majority of our target audience uses feature phones. Access to smartphones is limited. Hence finding an internet-based solution is not practical.

  2. A call centre model is set up with volunteer support.

    1. People who need food/medicines can dial into these call centre numbers and register their request.

    2. The requests are placed and added to a centralised database for demand assessment and fulfilment.

    3. The requests are then fulfilled by volunteers on the Superhero Network.
