Visualisation console creates an overview of all the volunteer assets available to a district administration. A Super-user of the Visualisation Console can summon ambulances to move a critical patient to the nearest hospital with available ICU beds. It can also mobilise voluntary delivery crews to move medicines, food or any essential commodity from one location to another. Every volunteer asset will be tracked and plotted on maps.
District administration gets a grass-root level idea of how the deployed resources work. Visualisation console has 2 level views for a district administration.
This gives an entire visualisation of asset movement within a district. It can also attain details of assets deployed in each panchayat/municipality/corporation and ward-wise distribution.
Each administrator in the panchayat get a detailed view of the volunteer network and other assets distributed in each ward realtime.

This console provides an overview of each asset deployed in a district for the district administrators. When it is deployed in the state level during Phase 2, the Chief Minister's office will have a master view of assets and volunteers distributed in each district within the state of Kerala. This is a centralised system to coordinate the assets and essential resources within a state.
An intelligent resource allocation algorithm could be deployed at a later stage for risk assessment to mobilise assets. This system is quintessential if the rate of the increase in COVID-19 cases tested increase. In such a situation, resource allocation notifications based on predictions can be provided in the visualisation console. This system would require additional health data of citizens.
